How to Create a UGC Content Production Offer
This example template is used after confirmation that a creator fits the campaign and there is an approved budget. It gives the creator enough information to accept, decline, or ask one clear question.
What the offer should do
A UGC content production offer is a short commercial proposal. It should say what the creator will make, what you will pay, when the work is due, and how the brand may use the content. Keep legal language in the creator agreement and detailed creative direction in the brief.
Common UGC offer types
Offer type | Best for | Define the scope as |
|---|---|---|
Single asset test | Testing one creator or one concept. | One edited video plus the exact length, format, revision count, and rights term. |
Production package | Testing several hooks, angles, or ads in one batch. | A fixed number of edited videos, hooks, B-roll or raw files. State what counts as one deliverable. |
Monthly retainer | A repeatable program with proven workflow and steady volume. | A monthly minimum, delivery cadence, unused capacity rules, rights, revision limits, and cancellation notice. |

Offer check before you send
- The scope uses countable deliverables. It does not say content package without defining what is included.
- Posting is explicitly included or excluded.
- Usage names the channels, organic or paid use, term, territory, editing rights, and creator-account permissions.
- The fee, payment trigger, deadlines, and included revisions are approved.
- The creator will not be asked to make claims your team has not approved or substantiated.
Use the offer in Creally
Save approved offer language as a reusable message or agent instruction. Automate only the values your team has already approved, such as package scope, fee range, rights term, and maximum revisions. When the creator accepts, record the accepted offer and move to the agreement and brief.
